At Rollout Systems, we have established strategic partnerships with government agencies through various contract vehicles, ensuring that we can deliver comprehensive services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
Prime Contract Vehicles:
SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG): The Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders' (NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS). SeaPort NxG’s electronic procurement of Technical, Engineering, and other professional services represents a key strategy to meeting the Department of Navy (DON) contracting needs. The Navy awarded Rollout Systems a prime indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quality multiple-award contract for Seaport NxG, and Rollout Systems brings a team of 20 industry leaders and partners to our Seaport NxG team.
Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST): The Electronic Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (eFAST) is the FAA's preferred contracting vehicle for small business contracts. eFAST streamlines the procurement process for all stakeholders using a web-based acquisition tool and automated workflows compliant with applicable FAA standards. Rollout Systems’ blanket FAA Purchase Agreement (BPA) provides for a broad range of comprehensive professional and support services. Support areas include: Computer Systems Support (CSS), Computer/Information Systems Design (CSD), Engineering Services (ES), Documentation & Training (D&T), Business Administration & Management (BAM).
One Acquisition for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+): OASIS+ is a governmentwide contract program designed to meet government agencies’ mission needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple service disciplines and ancillary services and products. OASIS+ has been designated as a Best-in-Class (BIC) contract by the Office of Management and Budget, making it a preferred governmentwide solution. The OASIS+ contract vehicle offers no contract ceiling or cap on awards and has a 10-year order period. Rollout Systems was awarded all NAICS codes across the Technical & Engineering in the Small Business domain on OASIS+.
Partnered/Subcontractor Vehicles:
- DLA JETS 2.0: Through our partner, we have access to all twelve (12) DLA JETS 2.0 task areas, enabling us to provide comprehensive, best-practice IT support to the Department of Defense (DOD) and DLA Business Community.
- Defense Technical Information Center's (DTIC) Information Analysis Centers (IAC) MAC: Through our partner, we have access to all Pool 1 and/or Pool 2 technical focus areas, allowing us to provide RDT&E services and other R&D-related analytical services to support military, national security-related, and dual-use applications.
- NAVAIR Sustainment Group Product Support Management/Integration Multiple Award Contract (PSMI): This $600 million small business indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract focuses on providing comprehensive sustainment and logistics services to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR). We are pleased to be part of this partnership, enabling us to offer integrated product support, logistics services, research and development, technical analysis, program management, and engineering support for naval aviation platforms, weapons systems, and infrastructure programs.
